You know I was laying in bed this morning and thinking the very same thing about my heated hose.
I started therapy before heated hoses were integrated and fighting rain out was a daily occurrence...been there and done that and don't want to repeat.
My bedroom is always at least 5 degrees cooler than the thermostat setting and I quit trying to heat this old farmhouse above 65 degrees long ago because it just doesn't work out so great and costs a lot of propane in the process.
We went from 63 degrees Sunday to about 14 last night (with snow and sleet throughout the day) and the wind was brutal.
Welcome to winter a little earlier than usual.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
If you want to try the Eclipse mask and want a special promo code to get a little off the price...send me a private message.

I originally read the topic title as "Thankful for Heated Hoes in this record-breaking Winter!!!!"
Completely different visual.

Here in Central Indiana WINTER has arrived with snow & temperatures dropping to single digits . . . in EARLY NOVEMBER!!! That breaks a 148-year record from 1871!
Don't look now, but it's still
FALL... *Shudder*
It was in the mid 20s down here this morning.... In
Texas.

Here in central Indiana they said it hit 9 degrees, but they like to use scare news. They don't have a window in the news room. I keep my bedroom at 65 degrees year around. No HH, No Heated Hose, just ice water to sip at night. keep the heat off door closed in the bedroom. If my feet get cold, a electric blanket set on Low or 2 for a few minutes. Used to sleep at my Aunts on the farm, in the attic, bed in the middle of the room waking up in the morning with snow on the bed, those were good times, even better if it rained. (Tin Roof)

How did you know? Five Man tent, (4 men and hundreds of Scorpions). We had to build 9 buildings ( 50' by 20' to replace the tents), hated to move into them. The nicer you make things the more they mess with you. K.I.S.S. That heat broke my thermostat, that's why I can take cold. Jim

SWIIIIIING ... and a miss.
After the sweltering summer, I'm still enjoying the cold... I'm sure I'll get tired of it soon enough.
I wasn't awake enough to find my long pants this morning when I went out... so I wore my shorts... but I did wear my knit gloves, cuz my hands get cold before the car warms up.
