Using Sleepy Head To View CPAP Data

I wanted to pass along a quick link to a video that I did that shows the Sleepy Head software in action. I'm using a Philips Respironics CPAP machine with a nose mask to create the data, and My Mac with the Sleepy Head software to actually view it.

I struggled to find a decent software package for the CPAP data and certainly didn't want to spend the cash on the ENcore Pro software. Hopefully this can help out a few others as well.

Thanks for the great video! I've been using Sleepyhead 3 days now and the video clarified a few things for me. Should be helpful for other new users as well.

My pleasure! Hopefully others can find the data useful! I plan on doing a few other videos related to this software as well.

Nicely done. The only thing I would suggest you add for newbies is a demonstration, on the "Daily" screen, of expanding the "Flow Rate" graphic so that the individual breaths aren't all mushed together.

Good idea! Someone had posted a description of how to do that but it took a while for me to get it right. I learn much more quickly from a visual presentation than from a written one.

Great video on Sleepyhead. It's fun to compare ResMed's software video and with Sleepyheads' and study how different programs display the results and allow the user to manipulate the data. Such a lot of creativity, somewhat confusing to a beginner, but these videos are a BIG help in getting one's head around it all.
