Overall my numbers have been good and I feel better already after 5 nights so I figured a nap without would be okay?

Isn't it the best when you actually feel pretty decent? I have been EXTREMELY lucky and have had AHIs under 5 since I started. Well, okay, it's only been 5 nights but I'm definitely encouraged!

Hello- I downloaded Sleepyhead and put in my SD card but I can't seem to get any further than that. I think I'm supposed to find the ROOT of the SD card-what drive letter it is in but I don't know how to do that. I've been trying to figure this out on my own and not having any luck. Craigslist is another option. No script needed.
