Thanks. That seems to agree with what they published. When I look at things like the IntelliPap2 and the Z1 Auto for example, they appear to draw significantly more than that. Maybe I should just keep my S9.DreamDiver wrote: ↑Sat Dec 29, 2018 2:57 pmThis is a video showing current less than one amp on average.

Re: Current Draw
Thanks. I had read that but it seems to deal with a specific machine and how much power one might need in their system. My system is pretty much done at this point. I am just looking to minimize the load so I can camp longer. If I looked at the no heat option correctly in that example, that is a .5a...

Current Draw
Has anyone found or done a dc current draw comparison of different machines? I have an S9 VPAP right now that in order to use it from 12v I have to run their DC to DC converter. According to their doc, it only uses about 1 amp. That seems pretty low when compared to some of the "travel" machines tha...

Re: Issues with Mirage Liberty
I have this mask and had problems with the pillows at first also; they were too small. I moved up one size and that problem has disappeared. For the leaking around the mouth, make sure it is clean and your skin is clean also. It helps the silicon stick. Sometimes I have a leak there and I will lift ...

Re: Hybrid CPAP Mask?
I like mine a lot. I'm trying out the Innomed just to see if i might like it even better but so far, this is the best mask I've tried.

Re: Behind the Ears Headgear?
I would suggest getting in touch with Dane at the mask trial library....and for $14...you get to test the mask for a week. It's a very expensive mask to just buy and have it fail. http://www.cpaplibrary.com/mask-trials Not a lot of each model available so waiting time depends on how many are on the...

Re: Opinions on the Mirage Liberty Hybrid Masks
I started on the FX and that didn't work. Then the Quattro and still had leaks although it was an improvement. Now I'm on the Liberty and my leaks are SO much better. I rarely wake up due to a leak anymore. Leak volumes now peak around 20 instead of 130 with the other masks. Sometimes when I feel a ...

Re: The S9 usage is a lie... :| (It rounds... up)
I agree with what some of the others have said. You need to get the leaks under control by either adjustment or a different mask. But you also need to power through it at night and do whatever it takes to keep the mask on at night. Fixing the leaks sound like it is the key. I had to fight through le...

Re: Not adjusting to Cpap
Assuming you have fit the new mask properly and you still have problems with leaks, it sound like you need to try something else. Maybe a Gecko pad or maybe just a different mask. I personally never could get that mask to work for me. Keep fighting it though. You will eventually win. It's just a PIT...

Interesting leak info too. I wonder if the machine is having a problem. Mine shows it and I believe I am on v0.91.

Re: Nasal Pillow help please!
I have a different mask but it has pillows on it. My RT gave me small pillows and I kept waking up dealing with leaks and pillows pushed inside or outside my nose. I got the next size up and that has solved my problems. Not sure if your issues are the same. I posted it though because when you said y...

Re: DME problems affecting treatment
I never could get the Quattro FX to work on my face the way it is supposed to. It was always blowing out and leaking in my eyes which then caused me to wake up. The only way I could get that mask to work is to tighten it up so that the inner silicon piece was on my nose (completely collapsing the ai...
