I have had the same problem. I have searched everywhere it could be and no luck. Pugsy, thanks. I just ordered a new one.

AirCurve 10 ASV

I have the AirCurve 10 ASV that sends some of your nightly data to your computer. It doesn't arrive for an hour or so after you turn off the machine, but lately it's been as much as 6 hours. Not getting the info until evening is irritating. I've written Resmed support and gotten no response. Does an...

New machine question

Do the new Resmed VPAP Adapts show central apneas as separate from obstructive apneas? My husband's new Resmed Autoset does but my nearly five year old Resmed VPAP Adapt doesn't. I'll be able to order a new machine soon and I'm curious if there are any newer or better machines for dealing with centr...

Re: Loaner Respironics Bipap AutoSV

Thanks. I think it's hopeless, but the thing apparently kept me breathing last night.

I want my machine back! Waaaa!

Loaner Respironics Bipap AutoSV

My beloved Vpap Adapt is in the shop and my DME rented me a Respironics Bipap AutoSV. After my first night, the only data I see is number of hours used. What buttons do I push to see the basics, leaks, AHI, etc? I was unable to find the model number on the bottom of the machine, but it's not the one...

Re: Breathing rate on a Machine?

I'm synched with my machine the same way. I lift the mask just to check it sometimes and it feels like it's going to blow my face off. It's pretty amazing what our bodies can adjust to.

Re: Breathing rate on a Machine?

Mine is always 13 or 14. No matter what happens, my rate never varies.

Sudden leak "cured"

I just wanted to share this in case someone has the same problem. I love my FX Nano mask and I usually have very low leaks, 9 or less. Suddenly mine went into the mid 20s. My cushion was reasonably new and I doubted it could go bad so quickly, so I thought about what I had done differently those nig...

Re: power outage at night?

Something, somewhere in our house makes a beeping sound...perhaps a smoke alarm... and I'm instantly awake. My beloved is also a CPAPer and he sleeps right through it every time. I have to wake him up.
