Pros and Cons please: Swift Fx vs. Airfit P10 masks

Hi cpaptalkers, I need to replace my beloved Breeze as it has been discontinued. After researching and gathering data, I am down to 2 options, the Swift Fx OR the Airfit P10. Looking for opinions, both pro and con, on these 2 masks. This time I don't need other recommendations because I've already n...

Re: Breeze User Needs New Nasal Pillow Recommendation!

Hi, me again, back to my old sign in name ... I have my choice narrowed down to a Swift FX or an Airfit P10.
Am going to post this as a new thread, to ask specifically about these two.
Thanks for being part of the journey!

Any ideas to tweak my Swift Fx?

Hi folks, After 5 years with a Breeze, happy, I switched three weeks ago to a Swift fx. It is comfortable, no problems with the nose, but I find I leak more at night and can't get comfortable on my pillow . The "exhaust hole" sprays air on my pillow and makes noise, or on my husband and he makes noi...

Re: My machine has died, and I feel tired and lost...

Thanks! I will check out the ResMed S9 and the Intellipap. Any other ideas? Has anyone heard of the FandP HC232 or the Philips Respironics 151 S? These 2 machines are available to me here in Israel. However, I am thinking that I'd rather choose my own than take "what they have". So I might get a loa...

My machine has died, and I feel tired and lost...

Hi CPAPtalk! Long time since I've been here! That's a GOOD thing because basically I've been a smooth-riding CPAP user for 8 years! The first year I spent a lot of time here and got so much help and support... Now I need it again! Last night my beloved little Puritan Bennet 420S upped and died on me...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.

Four Years in February!! Totally compliant - can't sleep well without, get a headache and am cranky in the morning if it happens. Breeze user - though also have used Comfort Lite II in the past. Kids husband and cats don't seem to notice it anymore. CPAPtalk got me through my first year - and I want...

Thank you so much! That is just the old posting that I remembered - I'm going to give it a few more nights to re-adjust to the feeling of the CL2 headgear, and then I might just do it...
Thanks again

Comfort Lite 2 need help with a fix

Hi Forum, Long Time No Chat! I haven't been around in awhile, but am still pap-ing, of course and hope you are all well and well oxygenated! I had switched back to my Breeze due to a broken piece of the CL2, and ended up staying with it for months until a bad usage (was traveling and forget somethin...

Long Time No Post - Hi!! - And CL2 direct cushion question..

Hi All, It's me, Apneaic in Israel, still in Israel, of course no longer apneaic after going on 2 years of CPAP use! Hope all is well with you regulars! I have to order a new mask part for my Comfort Lite 2 Direct Seal, as the little plastic peice that holds it in place after you twist it on broke. ...

Hi All, If I have a straight CPAP machine (which it happens I do), how would "the machine react" - how can it correct when it is at a set pressure? On an APAP I can understand this, as the machine can vary its pressure when needed. Bottom line - I figure that with my straight CPAP, the AHI I see on ...

Hi all, One more suggestion - in addition to covering the hose and turning down the humidifier - Make sure the machine is lower than the bed. This was recommended to me when I wrote in with the same problem a few months ago, and it worked. I moved my machine from a nightstand at head level, to a low...

Hi to all the CL-2 users, Regarding the padacheek for CL-2 -- I also use and love it, it really stabilizes the unit. Last summer though I had to remove it because the fleece was too hot. With her usual responsiveness to customer needs - a new cotton padacheek is on the drawing board! Just hoping tha...

It is these small "tweaks" that make in all possible - comfort, less leak, prettier, warmer...

Highly recommended. And there are PACs for almost every mask/strap combo..
