Re: CPAP and enhanced appreciation of music

I achieved a similar nirvana with my BOSE music system after ear irrigation. Actually, in all fairness, being alert, awake and rested makes everything taste, smell, feel and sound better. I too found nothing but anecdotal support for gregorian chants and brainwaves. It's compelling though. Two and 1...

Thank you.
I wish our troops were home. I'm glad people like you can make them just a little more comfortable when they can't be. God bless you.

Taking my cue from our esteemed colleagues in D.C., I have flip flopped. I was for this before I was against this.
Well said, Sharon

Ten years is a lot of time to pass and not understand each other. But, aren't we here to help whether is was 10 days or 10 years? Isn't the collective wisdom of all here available to everybody, whether we understand their relationship or not? I don't feel we can indict the marriage, their relationsh...

Those last two posts were a little harsh. No, they were very harsh. She came here looking for advice on dealing with her husband. If you don't have OSA, you don't know what it's like. So, don't crucify her for not knowing. After all, she did find the forum and is asking the questions. She need guida...

Don't know who the original poster is, but that's the definition of Insanity: "Doing what you've always done and expecting different results". Thanks, Jasper. I had found that on a google search. She had a little different take on it that I liked. I don't even remember her username to look it up th...

OT: Quotes in Signatures

I'm not a regular poster in here but I do lurk and read quite a bit. There is a lady in here with a signature quote that struck me and I never wrote it down. Maybe somebody can help me. It was along the lines of us "doing the same thing over and over yet expecting different results". Trust me, that ...

Reading through the responsed to your post, twice, I just could not find anybody in support of you quitting. Even considering the opportunity to maybe get a cheap machine from you did not garner support. So, that should tell you how important this therapy is to your health. It is not easy or there w...

Yes. My mother is convinced I'm a hypochondriac. My doctor has another word for it. I can't remember. Something about being overly sensitive to multiple triggers. It's not hypochondria, though. Babs, Would it be multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS). The theory behind the disorder is that vague sympt...

but i will say that having had an almost perfect marriage for the last 17 years, if anything should 'happen', god forbid, i doubt that i would want to get married again((ha! assuming anyone would have me)...i've definitely peaked in that regard, and, judging by the men i meet, and the significant o...

Ok, I guess I need to weigh in on this subject. We've been married for 36 years and have experienced it all. We've had good days and bad days. We've had good years and bad years. Moreover, we've had acceptance. Neither of us are the same person each other fell in love with. There have been huge chan...

Hmmmmmm...in keeping with the theme of cross uses for lotions, what about those that use Prep-H on their eyelids to reduce swelling. I wonder what that would make you feel like. By the way, I'm not sure the Prep-H claim to "shrink and go way" is accurate. I squirted some on my boss the other day and...
