Take it slow and easy man. Don't try to push to hard to fast.
I haven't researched methadone withdrawal but a fast Google check I see it might be difficult, and include physical withdrawal issues. Have you talked with your Doctor about stopping the Methadone and what you might experience?

Re: Is my wife trying to kill me?
Depends have you reviewed your life insurance?
There might be a reason the cost of life insurance went up and so did the payout.
Haha J/K
Take control, some people just will never understand no matter how much proof you bring to them. Many a marriage has had separate beds and or bedrooms.

Re: Can't stay asleep
Could this all just be my body getting use to this like the first week or two taking a new anti-depressant? Yes, sorta like that, from what I have been reading you never really adapted well to the cpap and most likely never got good treatment from the Cpap (just a guess without data). So most likel...

Re: What machine do I need?
From what I understand the ResMed S9 autoset will not need a card-reader. Someone here can hook him up with Res-Scan and no card=reader necessary. Card-reader is necessary on S8 Resmed machines, and they are old, so I wouldn't get one of them. If I am wrong about this, somebody please correct me. h...

-SWS I would like to thank YOU for starting this thread. I will be honest and say that my determination to get healthy took a big hit after seeing and talking to the people in my area who went through RNY and assorted surgeries that got much worse after the 2 year mark, not due to fat but to complic...

Re: Medicare "Smart Card" monitoring
When I first started using my local DME's after the online change they "tried" to do the send gear to me automatically thing. I stopped that right away, and only used them when I had too while looking for a new one. I might be on Disability, have Medicare/Medicaid but I still care. I do not let them...

Looks good Just double check to make sure everything works and the fan doesn't make any noise or blows out any weird smells. Test with mask on to make sure it doesn't have fan whine on exhale. Check to make sure the humidifier doesn't error out when you turn it on, and it heats up. Also make sure to...

Re: Experienced rain out for the first time
Shrug, I find when the weather changes fast and or a big rain hits sometimes I'll end up with some rain out. Sooner or later everyone gets it. I also live close by a big Lake though. At least you didn't pull the unit down from the night stand =) I did that once and woke up to my Swift FX serving up ...

Re: Newest member of the 0.0 AHI Club.....
My last doc looked at me like I was crazy when I said I could tell a 5.0 night from a 2.0 night. I average under 2.0 and I am happy. When I do spike high though I can feel it the next day for sure, so when I start breaking higher then 2.0 for more then a few days I will download my data and see what...

Re: does your specialist\cme actually help with your apnea?
Well this was the card reader I used for my Old Remstar. I still have both and they work. http://www.cpap-supply.com/Mako-DT3500-SmartCard-Reader-p/dt3500.htm The software for it is around on the Web and probably this forum. Someone would happily PM info on how if you asked for it in thread. The har...

Re: Modem
But is HIS listed as that?
Hopefully his unit is the you pointed out Pugsy
All I was trying to do was tell them they need to review the equipment list as I am sure that's not the right humidifier as well then.
