If you did that well in the lab then you should do great at home without the wires and strange bed problems.
AHI's over 30 are considered to be severe, 41 is severe but the highhest so far in my lab has been 140! Also, that number really reflects the number of times that your sleep was fragmented, not how many times that you stopped breathing.

Pressure of 12 is fine, many adult airways are stabilized in the 10-12cwp range and hopefully you achieved some deep and REM sleep on your back at your final pressure.
