I am going to send you a private message in a couple of minutes that will contain a link for the provider/clinical manual for your machine. It will show you how to get to the clinical menu so you can see what your machine is set at.
The S9 Autoset is a great machine. You have your choice in software that you can use with it.
ResScan or SleepyHead or both. I have information on SleepyHead in my signature line. You might find it easier to manage than ResScan. It certainly is faster.
If you want ResScan...check Uncle Bob's signature line here....

http://montfordhouse.com/cpap/resscan_tutorial/I think you would also benefit from watching a video on the features of your new machine.
http://www.cpaplibrary.com/machines.htmlThere is a pretty steep learning curve for you to get through but take it in small chunks and you will soon have a good understanding about your machine and what it does and how you can monitor things.
One thing you need to do is go to the clinical menu and make sure that Sleep Quality is set to "ON" and not "Usage" because Usage only gives you hours of use and no useful data.
