Cat bites climateline hose while I sleep
My cat has recently started biting my hose to wake me up. Does anyone know a hose cover to help prevent this. I have tried spraying bitters on the hose to no avail. Taping the hose makes it stiff. She is a 14 year old cat and I don’t want to make her sleep elsewhere at this point. Thanks!

Did your snuggle hose keep your cat from biting the hose?

Airfit N10 leaks and needs constant readjustment
I have been trying masks for two years and have not found one that doesn't leak or move out of position.Sometimes the inside of the mask makes my skin itch. I'm not sure if it's from a build up of condensation. I use a CPAP pillow and am a side sleeper. Seems sleeping on the side repositions the mas...

Re: Need help with recent ASV results with AirCurve 10
Thanks so much. Maybe I will ask DME to try full face mask. I had a problem with leaks with the one I had and doc pulled me off. The Doc and DME are tired of dealing with me and only tell me not to fight the mask!! I have titration study. I believe the pressure settings are EPAP support 4 cm 1 MIN 3...

Need help with recent ASV results with AirCurve 10
I had 5 central apneas and 18 central hypopneas. There were 239 PLMS with an arousal index of 10.3. The study said the Periodic limb movements were too numerous to count. The swallow arousal index was 7 per hour. I sleep with a night guard but bruxism was documented. I wake up exhausted every morning...

It seems to be coming from the mask.

Re: Understanding my leak rate?
I have the ResMed AirCurve10 and it is so noisy blowing air that I have to wear earplugs. Even though it leaks I still get Happy Faces on the machine in the morning? I have tried the Mirage FX and the AirfitN10. Any suggestions?

Re: Slipping headgear and mask leakage
I've tried the pony tail and putting my hair through the straps but not the Velcro option. I'm confused on how to do that one. Your hair doesn't get tangled in the Velcro?

Slipping headgear and mask leakage
I tried the Swift FX and the Air fit P10 and the headgear never held the mask in place. The doctor said my hair was too long and slippery. I tried bobby pins and even put a chin strap on to try and hold those little headgear straps in place. I am now in the Mirage softgel and it has been fitted by p...
