Re: Can't find suitable mask
Initially I had a problem with my mouth falling open during sleep, but it's so worth using a chinstrap to have the freedom of nasal pillows. I don't like ANYTHING covering my face - not even bedclothes, so getting used to a mask was a biggie for me. It took me 18 months to wean myself off the chinst...

Re: My Zeo site is gone.
This is very disappointing that Zeo just disappeared of the face of the earth. The software to show the data is a huge issue, but I also thought about replacement sensors/headbands. I found a site where you can make your own - cheap - if anyone's interested. At least you will still be able to use yo...

Re: Anyone having trouble getting into 'myzeo.com'?
I just tried to access myzeo on my laptop and it wouldn't accept my pw. I even tried clicking that I lost my password and got the same response. Not happy about this at all. I'm going to my neurologist on Thursday and she wants to see what the Zeo can show her about my sleep quality.. GRRRRRR xena

Same here mgaggie. I have an Icon, and the software but it's a bear to try and use. I didn't think SH was ready for the Icon as yet - unless I missed something recently because I haven't been around much.

Are you sure your mouth isn't just falling open during sleep? I have this happen occasionally and I'm getting plenty of humidity.

Re: Greetings
Hi and welcome! Firstly, to your last comment - it doesn't matter what the heck your respiratory therapist "doesn't really want you to do" - if a full face mask (FFM) is what works better for you than any other type of mask, then that's the one you should use. You'll find rather quickly here, that w...

Re: Okay, so tell the truth...
I wipe my machine over every week with a damp cloth. Wash my mask and hose monthly (unless I'm sick, which I haven't been for many years). The hoses take forever to dry, so I have back ups, use a new one after washing and hang the washed one on a hook behind the door in a spare bedroom. Made the mis...

Re: Pretty in Pink - My new machine almost a reality.
I have Van Gogh's Starry Night on my machine - LOVE IT!
I don't put any of my CPAP stuff in the dishwasher to get food flung all over it and coming from several generations of a water-shorted family, I refuse to run the dishwasher anything less than full.
Cheers,

Re: How Many Of Us Actually LIKE PAP ?
I'm thinkinglike many other responders. I HATE going to bed every night with a mask strapped to my face, tethered to a machine. I HATE that it often wakes me up because I've turned over and the tubing is pulling on my mask, or dislodged the pillows etc. etc. I LOVE that there is a good amount of air...

Re: THE GREAT PILLOW EXCHANGE
I have several nasal pillows for Swift FX - 3 SMALL and 2 EXTRA SMALL. The pillows have never been used, but have been stored in the original little zip-close bags in a plastic tote for about a year. They are all still very white, and we have no pets and don't smoke. I would like to exchange these f...

Re: Mouth Coming Open Question
I WAS a mouth breather pre-XPAP due to sinus issues. I now happily use a nasal pillow mask after weaning myself off a chinstrap (this took over a year), but I LOVE LOVE LOVE not having something clamped across my sinuses. This was counter-productive in the strap across my forehead and the pressure o...

Re: alternating masks
I alternate between masks - currently I swap out Swift FX, Swift LT, Aloha, Opus 360. The Opus 360 is my least fav, the Aloha my most fav with the Swifts in the middle. Why? Because I can... because, like wearing the same clothes, I like to change it up... because using the same nasal pillows contin...
