Re: Where's my data?
With SleepyHead, you just point to the drive the SD card is in. Don't go too far down.

Re: [OT] Should I stop eating Wheat ??
OK. You have gotten me interested. I am easing into low carb eating as I read about it. A few days of cutting out white flour and potatoes and voila! my craving for DrPepper is gone (almost). I have never liked cauliflower, but I found a cool recipe on Allrecipes.com for mock potato salad. Cauliflow...

You toggle the calendar on and off with the triangle just to the left of the day e.g. Mon, Tue.

Re: Greater leakage rate with nasal pillows?
It is possible to get a very nice leak with the Swift FX. I use the Lansinoh lanolin on my nose. It helps seal the pillows and keeps my nose from getting sore. My leak line never goes over 24 and rarely spikes up to 20. (Except for the time I tried to answer the phone without turning off the machine...

Re: pulse oximeters
CMS 50D+ : I just got this on the advice from everybody in this forum. It's only $70ish and its got overnight recording capability. Everyday I wake up...sync my SD card with sleepyhead...then upload my oximeter data into SPO2 review and see how the night went. It's pretty simple. Rlamb, Does the 50...

Re: Time stamps in SleepyHead with change to DST?
Okay, I guess I never looked all the way down at Session Information - I see mine are doubled there too. But only there - my Events are not doubled like yours are. Not in any category and neither in Windows nor in Mac in SleepyHead. But what are Sleep , Wake and Hours in the left panel in the Detai...

Re: Opinions/Experience re the ZEO?
I'm not so sure about my own vote now. I was one of those who answered: "I have no interest in purchasing a Zeo". Now I'm starting to become interested in it... Sorry for skewing the results! I am the other person (so far) with no interest in purchasing a Zeo. Ah... Here's why I'm now curious about...

Re: I still have a lot of events should I talk to doctor
Your AHI of 1.37 is great. Drs are happy with an AHI of less than 5. Most of us try to get it below that if we can and would be delighted with one as low as yours. If someone only had 5 events per hour in a sleep study (without a machine), they would not be diagnosed with sleep apnea. I think the pr...

Re: AHI=0.0???
I am the one that had 0.0 AHI and a reboot and a new machine did not solve the problem. However, when my Dr. upped the pressure, the machine started recording. I got the original machine Jan 6 and the new machine on Jan 26. Pressure on both machines was 13/7. On Jan 30, the pressure was changed to 1...

Re: Swift FX leaking around nose
My leak in sleep head ranges from 22-43 .. never goes below 22.. how did you get zero? i thought sleepy head would always show total leak. Maybe you are not using a PR System 1. I talked my DME, they are sending out: 1. Swift LT 2. 10 foot hose (to help me making some kinda hanger.. i needed a long...

Re: Swift FX leaking around nose
I use the swift fx with the Ruby chin strapon top of my mask.It keeps the mask from slipping at all. Last night as an experiment, I slept without the chin strap. What a difference in the leaks and AHI. I spent the whole night dreamin that I was trying to talk to people and wind would come rushing ou...

My Zeo report for Sat night shows an extra hour of sleep. It is hooked up by bluetooth to my phone. There is a solid hour of light sleep between 3:30 and 4:30 am.

Do you use zeo mobile? I used to use the full zeo a long time ago.. i'm wondering if the zeo mobile uploads all the data to the web site so you can use all the features there? I have the ZeoMobile. It does sync with the website so you can use all the website functions. I haven't tried downloading t...

Re: How do I know if I don't need CPAP anymore?
Glassjules Just a thought....Do you use a recording pulse oximeter at night sometimes? You might want to record a couple of nights using your CPAP and then if you decide go without the CPAP for a couple of days record it then and check to see if there are differences? While going the Sleep Study ro...
