I can't recommend a battery, but yes, the round plug on the CPAP is 12V, whether is is supplied from a battery, a cigarette lighter plug, or the power supply. Note that unless you have one of the newest humidifiers, it will NOT run off of a battery. (And I wouldn't recommend a humidifier in flight. Way too much risk of spilling the water. Either into your machine, into the hose while breathing, or just all over yourself, the seat, and the guy next to you.

Battery Geek makes two CPAP batteries, BG-C222 and BG-C150, that can be used in-flight. They are metal boxes about the size of a hard back book with a cigarette lighter socket on the side, and come with a DC power cable and adapter to fit your CPAP.
