CPAP Supplies from Walgreens

Post by LSAT » Sun Nov 27, 2011 10:10 am

Walgreens.com carries a line of CPAP supplies...It's pretty easy to qualify for free shipping.

Thank you, LSAT.
Now, if they would only start dispensing cushions and nasal pillows.

Does anybody know if Walgreens sells this stuff off the shelf? Would be easier for me than buying on-line.

None of the stores in my area sell them...I think it is internet only. It's really easy to meet the $25 minimum for free shipping. The only item I use is the wipes. I just add my misc. drug items in the order, I would purchase them at Walgreens anyway.

I might think that the folks who back this forum might not be happy with us posting other places to find things they hawk.
I'm glad you did. I happily book-marked the page and will definitely buy my wipes from them when I run out! That's not a bad price.

None of the Wallgreens in the Columbus Ohio area sell these supplies; but I heard about a new store in Columbus that just opened:

http://cpapcentralonline.com/

Not much on the website yet, but I called them up and they are selling supplies / machines from ResMed, Phillips and F&P on a walk in basis. They even bill your insurance. This might be a novel concept as the hours they have mesh better with my work schedule and they are on my way home. I am going to stop in and check them out as I am having trouble with my current DME returning my calls as I deal with some mask issues.

I will continue using cpap.com for most of my mail order stuff; but that hose hanger--hmm.

@Demeter - our hosts are REALLY good about that kind of thing. They usually don't mind users posting info about other stores, as long as they're actual users and not advertisers or spammers.

Sheriff B, one of my colleagues at work got her machine from Walgreens. They delivered it here to the office.

I think there are "Walgreen's" and then there's "Walgreen's." There may be a DME service using the Walgreen's name in some areas that is a "real" DME provider that supplies CPAPs and other DME equipment. I don't know if works like the big CPAP DME chains, quality of service, etc.
