Re: VETERANS Weekend
Thanks, and I return the salute. I served in the Navy 4 years from 57 to 61. Mostly as a Tincan sailor in the Atlantic . We were permitted 30 days leave each year. When discharged I had 45 days of unused leave. Hardly ever saw shore. I look back now and sort of view it much like a prison sentence. N...

Re: Happy with Zeo - ZQ=81
Very impressive display of data. However, I'm wondering how this information may have helped to improve your sleep. What have you learned from Zeos, that helps you to awaken feeling fully rested and refreshed. Ive yet to find anyone with all the recent Zeos postings, who can say its improved their l...

Re: S9 VPAP Adapt failure / backup machine
BC, sorry to hear of these difficulties your having, both health and equipment. So far my like machine has worked perfectly since last July. I'm curious if a restart might straighten yours out. If you wish to try. Unplug from wall, wait a minute or so, pull card out, reinsert card, plug power back i...

Re: Off Klonopin, Restless Leg is back, more deep sleep
I know that must be a difficult problem. I wish you well with it. I don't pretend to have a solution, so just throw a thought out. Im 74 and when I have leg pain, I realize I must get back on my exercise program. For legs I walk a mile on treadmill 3 days a week. I also do a weight lifting program a...

So, so you do know that your race track fire and this should be marked O T. But, then of course, this consideration is for others, not you! Gumby ! I didn't indicate this was a rule, but a consideration for the other forum readers. I do respect your right to have absolutely no consideration of othe...
