It reminds me of some of the stuff at Target a few years back.
Maybe it's the same designer. I shouldn't be nasty, but he was a one trick pony.

Target? I don't think Target ever sold CPAP supplies or machines. You must have misread my post.

looks nice but no heated hose and no EPR. But I guess a good entry level machine. I also did not see if it come with software or if that is an extra purchase.

I think she meant the design style reminded her of some items carried by Target a few years back.

I personally think it looks nice, I think many of the more common machines take up more space than they really need.

Sorry, I was unclear; The design of the case kind of reminds me of a shape resembling a gourd
or mango used about a decade ago for assorted consumer goods--(usually over-priced.)
It seems to have a small footprint, with some protection against accidental back flow.
It is a "travel machine" with no DC operation (!), and 28 Db sound level is a bit on the high side.
Software is ONLY available to clinicians (and when has THAT ever stopped us?)
Still, it sounds like a reasonable price for the features. (Maybe one for the OTC market?)
We will hear more about it, just because of the bottom line.
I confess: I have purchased a few items, based on appearance alone--and was sorry afterward.

I saw the need for an inverter, which reduces battery "life" by 50%, and immediately stopped reading/lost interest. I don't understand why any company would bother to produce a machine that can't be used if there is a power failure. After all, I am sure that 99% of us will experience at least 1 failure each year!

Looks are the last thing I look for in a XPAP, If fails on lack of basic functions and features as have been mentioned in above posts, its not going to be treating me. Jim
