Thanks Jan, I never thought "not being hungry" would be a problem! I do like knowing when I am hungry instead of just wanting to graze all of the time!
Maybe I'm just tired of cooking and washing dishes!

I don't worry too much about protein, because my diet use to consist of Sugar and Carbs. But what calculator are you all talking about?

Yes, that is a wonderful video, and shortly after I began this eating adventure I viewed it and it made me even more determined to change my eating habits.
