My Airsense 10 records AHI's, Total AI's and Central AI's. I have read that AHI less Total AI = Hypopneas. For example, my yearly readings are AHI = 6.6, Total AI = 5.8, Central AI = 1.6.
I calculate my average Hypopneas at .8 (6.6 - 5.

I am wondering if it is meaningful to calculate Central AI's as a percentage of Total AI's - (Central AI / Total Ai_ or (1.6 / 5.8 = 24%) - and if it is, what is that really telling me - 24% of my Total Apneas are Central ? Is this good, bad, meaningful ?? Is my machine doing a good job, should I be concerned about anything to get more professional assistance ? Just curious as to how these numbers work together.
