Quick update without a graph: Last night was the first with the new machine, Set at a YOLO 9-20 with 3 EPR. Initial impression- HUGE improvement over the Icon. EPR is awesome. No Aerophagia and actually comfortable to breathe. AHI- 5.8, and unless I saw it wrong in my AM rush it had Centrals labeled...
