Sleepyhead data problem

Post by Hawthorne » Thu Feb 07, 2013 12:16 pm

This morning I took my card from my machine and checked it on "Sleepyhead. It was before noon.

The "statistics" page showed everything 0.0. The "daily" page showed nothing. On the left hand side was this message, "Session all off". "Sessions exist for this day but are switched off" "no data abailable". I have not changed anything.

I have had the "no data available" message before but this is quite different.

Can anyone help?

I have no idea what might be going on.

Have you tried creating a new user profile to see it that makes any difference?

That's happens to me sometimes when I upload my zeo or as it did this morning, the oximeter info. . .I generally just shut the program down and restart it. Usually when it comes back up, it's fine. So far, I haven't lost any information.

Well, I tried both the suggestions and neither worked.

I just formatted my card and will see what happens tomorrow morning.

I am still open to hear other solutions to the problem I outlined in the original post in this thread.

Thanks.

Hawthorne, I would suggest joining the sleepyhead-users mailing list and reporting your problem there, so that Mark has a better chance of seeing it.

I already get the emails so am on the mailing list I guess. I may PM Mark if things were not resolved by today's card format.

Thanks.

Just for information - I formatted my card yesterday and everything worked fine today. Just thought I would post that for anyone else who might run into this problem. I am aware of bad spot on that card but I always forget about it until I run into a problem, I should either use another card or format this one say, every month.
