Thanks much, Jay, for the instruction. Makes sense and will help me to adjust (resize or stretch horizontally) graphs from different programs so their time axes match.

Btw, I find that the graphs in my software for the CMS-50F actually do have a clock time scale along the x axis. All I'll have to do is stretch the pulse-ox graph to match exactly the ResMed ResScan graphs time scale and move them so they line up. Your tip is a real help with that.

Papit, Over time you will probably notice a lag in the time between the 50F and your cpap. My 50F falls behind 1-2 minutes every couple of weeks. I usually notice it when I'm comparing events.
