I was thinking about replacing my old Respironics C-flex, and without insurance, the only place I can afford a machine was buying a used one from an auction. I checked cpapauctions.com, and cpap-auctions.com, and both are gone. Anybody know of anyplace (other than craigslist) to buy used cpap machines?

You might try Secondwind, they sell used machines. Not quite as cheap as cpapauction was but they are checked, cleaned and guarenteed.

Hello, I just found this thread looking for sites that sell CPAP machines. I have a CPAP machine that has never been used. This machine is a REMstar Auto C-Flex CPAP Machine. It comes with a travel case, all hoses, filters, instructions, and manuals.

I also have a FlexiFit HC432 Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear - Small, never used still in box.

I have an excellent seller rating on ebay, if you advance search for lawoman68, you will be able to see my feedback.

If you are interested, I have pictures if you would like me to email them.
