My ResMed S9 Humidifier lid came off the track- fix???
Hi. I have been using my ResMed S9 now for over 9 years. Tonight when I tried to fill it with distilled water, the lid of the H-51 Humidifier came off the "hinges". Does anyone know how to fix it? I am on Social Security Retirement Benefits and have AARP Medicare Complete by United Health Care. I have no money to have it repaired professionally and cannot sleep without my APAP. Does anybody have any tips? I can't afford a new machine, since I have a 20% co-pay. Thanks.

Here's a video someone posted a couple of years ago that "might" help?

I'm not familiar with your model but it appears the guy just sorta lays it on top, lined up, and get's it to click back in place.
I hope this helps.

It's quite easy to snap the lid back on. Just press it back on.codinqueen wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 10:43 pmHi. I have been using my ResMed S9 now for over 9 years. Tonight when I tried to fill it with distilled water, the lid of the H-51 Humidifier came off the "hinges".
It's designed to pop off like that if you push the lid too far back.
No worries.
