Best place to sell?

I have a just-barely-used CPAP machine that I wish to sell. In your experience, what is the best, most reliable online venue for selling quality, barely-used equipment? (I'm assuming it's not craigslist...)

Nothing wrong with Craigslist. I bought one there as did several others on this board.

Craigslist.com is good. So is Cpapauction.com.
