It could be too loose. It could be too big. It could be too small. It could be you need a different mask entirely. A lot of people complain about the Comfort Gel. Ask for the Mirage Activa instead. A lot of people like it.

Not familiar with the comfort gel mask but a few points that I have learned, (and still learning), don't tighten the mask too much thinking that will prevent it from leaking. In my case, after having the same trouble, I loosened the mask a tad and found that the air pressure billowed the mask for a better effect.
Adustments sitting or standing need adjusting again when laying down.
Above all, don't get discouraged.
With all the help on this board you will get it figured out. I would say the majority of us have spent many hours solving this problem. Some found the answer faster than others.
Hang in there.

Has it been leaking and blowing in your eyes all 10 days or is this a new development? If it's something new, make sure your face and mask are thoroughly cleaned before you put it on and don't have any moisturizer on your face where the mask will touch.

The Hans Rudolph makes a nasal mask also. You may want to give that one a try. This mask must be carefully measured by you, and then you tell the DME this is the mask you need and this is the size.

You have to be very firm with the DMEs
