Started to get leaks, and itching face where the mask was touching my face. I boiled the silicone part of the mask yesterday, and it improved the leaking - none during the night. Had a good night sleep. I put a little baking soda in the boiling water also, it helped.

I clean my full face mask with regular unscented baby wipes, works great. The humidifier tank get filled with distiller water on a daily basis. Be open to try a full face mask, if you think you may breath thru your mouth. Check out the equipment that I use, just had my first month check with my sleep Doctor & got an " A+ " on usage and all counts.

Why not use a blower on the hair dryer ?

Have got five cats, three males, and two females -all fixed. No problem with them bothering any of my CPAP equipment. One or two of them sleep in bed with us, but don't stay the full night. Don't close the bedroom door either.

Have the same type of equipment, so far no problems yet. I hold the on/off switch until I see everything power off. I would try to either get a new SD card or try taking it out and then reinserting it.

Put on some Curel Itch Defense lotion last night and it really seemed to help, did not have a lots ot itching going on or the urge to scratch. Does contain petrolatum products.
