Mark...he already tried a brand new card...back on page 1...no joy.
Yup. Plus there’s me having the same issue with the same machine. Coincidences happen, but the odds are against that being the explanation in this case.

Re: Sleepyhead seems to not be showing my actual sleep time

I posted about this same issue with the same machine (PR 60 series ASV) a couple weeks ago: https://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=174673 So yes, it does seem like it's an issue with Sleepyhead and our ASVs. As I mentioned in my comments in that thread, the Sleepyhead 1.1 beta exhibited this ...

Re: Sleepyhead Sleep/Wake/Hours Incorrect

Yeah, I've tweaked both the humidity and the pressure settings lately. Looking at the session information, each night is showing up as a separate and different session, so at least it looks like it's not some cross-session merging bug. I do see the bug going back to some very old data now too, and I...

Re: Sleepyhead Sleep/Wake/Hours Incorrect

I just installed that testing version and even started with a fresh profile, but unfortunately, that didn't change anything. The testing version looks nice though!

Which version of SleepyHead?
Hi Pugsy! It's been a long time. :)

I'm using v1.0.0-beta-2 for Mac, which as best I can tell is the latest version.

Sleepyhead Sleep/Wake/Hours Incorrect

I tried searching for this and found nothing, but apologies if I missed it and it's been addressed previously. I've recently begun using my PR S1 ASV again, and the Sleep, Wake, and Hours numbers in Sleepyhead aren't being shown correctly. Oddly, importing the data into Encore Pro yields correct num...

Re: Buying from a DME vs cpap.com

A call to Aetna would only tell her her benefits (e.g., 15% coinsurance after a $300 deductible), which she already knows. Can Aetna not give you an amount for a specific HCPCS billing code? Like call them up and ask how much do you allow for this specific cpap billing code...and for a regular cpap...

Re: Buying from a DME vs cpap.com

DMEs often cannot tell you your out of pocket costs for an item because it’s not like a retail store with a fixed price. They have a contractual agreement with each insurer (and sometimes with multiple plans with the same insurer to only collect from you a percentage (typically 20%) of the insurer’...

Re: Buying from a DME vs cpap.com

Hi old friends! It's been a while. I realize this is an older thread, but my question is on exactly this topic, so it seemed better to post here rather than start a new topic. (If I'm wrong, someone let me know and I will start a new one.) My sister recently joined our ranks as a to-be CPAP user. Sh...

Re: Feel Much Worse on ASV: Help?

In response to shortcake's suggestion earlier in this thread, I dial-winged the BPM settings about a week ago. My first attempt didn't change much about how I felt, but my second try has helped dramatically--although I still feel better without xPAP than with. Specifically, despite my BPM being 17-1...

Re: Feel Much Worse on ASV: Help?

I figured I would get back in on the fun too. Here are some waveforms of mine, with the last two being periods that should be "event-less." I should clarify that most of the nights looks like the last two—technically free of events, although my sleep feels worse and worse when on the ASV. I'm at day...

Re: Feel Much Worse on ASV: Help?

Interesting. I do see some relatively rapid spikes in IPAP when looking at the data. Last night, for example, had an increase from 7cm to 20cm over the span of 12 minutes at one point. EPAP on the other hand rarely ever moves from its 4-5 cm base. Other than lowering max IPAP/PS, I can't think of an...

Re: Feel Much Worse on ASV: Help?

I have ComplexSA / UARS, but the xPAP doesn't help and in fact makes things worse. It's so counterintuitive, especially when I've spent years controlling for other factors like sleep patterns, hormones, etc, etc, etc, I should clarify that ASV performs like a champ by the numbers. Whereas the numbe...

Re: Feel Much Worse on ASV: Help?

Do you know off hand if you have felt any better when you go to sleep at the time you prefer vs. when you think you should go to bed? Might this be something worth tracking to see if it makes a difference? I haven't seen any specific research on what you are asking but you might want to look on thi...
