F&P HC432 FFM Question

Post by jimnsc » Fri May 20, 2011 12:18 pm

Below is a partial quote from a review of this FFM - Anyone done this and is it true about becoming a 431?

"The good news is that you can try it and see if it works for you and if not, just pull out the foam and you will have a 431 which I have found to be a very good full face mask."

Thanks

Not exactly. The #432 has an extra foam groove inside the Silicone cushion groove. If you take to foam out then the inner groove presses on your face. But the Silicone cushions fit both masks for same sizes.

I have taken out the foam inset from my F&P Forma - and it has become far more comfortable. The inner groove did not press on my face, since I keep the straps loose enough to let the silicone cushion inflate.
