New Year Resolutions for Sleep Apneacs

Post by LDuyer » Mon Jan 02, 2006 9:14 am

1) I resolve to not skip a night with my bipap

2) I resolve to not use tap water in my humidifier, no matter what!

3) I resolve to eat at least one vegetable a day, even if it kills me

4) I resolve to clean my mask more then I do (I'm not confessing)

5) I resolve to not to resolve any more, for it's all I can do just to keep 1 thru 4 going

I have always been a person who likes to stay up late. I usually turn in somewhere between 12 and 1 a.m. I have small kids and feel that this time is mine, but I'm missing out on a lot of necessary sleep.

I resolve to try to get to bed by 11 p.m., especially on school nights when I have to get the kids up at 6 a.m.

Exactly!!!
That's what I was wondering!
Does that mean I get out of eating vegetables?

When I was a kid, my brother's philosophy was to never eat anything green.
Haha!

Lima beans are about the only thing green I look forward to eating. Sometimes peas.
Do they count?
Maybe green jello, but that's not a vegetable.

To quote my daughter at age 6 "Lima beans taste like.... ants dancing in my mouth"

I am not sure if we had ever laughed so hard.

Happy New Year to all!

Wow! I may never experience lima beans in quite the same ever again.
I'll be too busy chuckling over your daugher's quote. Funny!
