Seems like since I switched over to the small mask on the recommendation of the sleep lab nurse, I have had more leaks. My pillow are leaking more too. I got my covers and liner from PADACHEEK today and got them all set up. Still could not stop the leaks. So I"ve resorted to the panty hose trick and that seems to help all but the hiss coming from one of the pillows. Any suggestions are welcomed.

If another size works, why take someone else's word? If you are getting more leaks, I say go back to the size you were using before they suggested it.

Gently ties the mask closer w/o being cumbersome I've found.
Can also be used as a chin strap in a pinch.
Crazy but us hoseheads will get very creative for good sleep!

Gosh, I hope people don't think it is pantyhose. All the pantyhose I have felt are made of nylon and are not very comfortable touching the face.

It is very ordinary ladies tights made of 100% polyester microfiber - very soft, cool, and wicks moisture. Example: http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/l'eggs ... 94-product

My wife picks them up for me for a buck or two at the discount stores.

Here is an example of how they can be used to secure nasal pillows or stabilize a mask: wiki/index.php/Hybrid_Mask_Modifications

Cut each leg off and you have two straps by tying them in a circle. Very handy and so soft and lightweight I can't even tell I have them on. But they do stabilize the nasal pillows and keep them from popping out when I am tossing and turning.

Exactly. "Tights", not just "pantyhose."

I use them with my Headrest nasal pillows mask. I removed all the headgear and use just two homemade "tights" straps to keep the nasal pillows assembly in place:
