The best way to train your tongue is to keep it to the roof of your mouth while you sleep. A full face mask helps, but you would need to keep your mouth shut while your tongue is "in training".......chin strap......taping it shut......whatever works.

While I was training my mouth to stay shut, I used a small pillow tucked under my chin. Only had to tape for a few nights, then used the pillow for a couple of weeks. Now I don't use anything and my leak lines are really minimal or zero.
But then I've been told that I have a big tongue, so it is really easy for it to seal my airway, even when my mouth is open. It just naturally seems to be positioned on the roof of my mouth and pressing against my top front teeth.
Weezy
