Thanks

Got my C-Flex set to 2 and ramp starting at 8cm.

I tried it on earlier this evening just to do a wear test and ended up taking a nap for a couple hours lol.

I had your same problem with exhaling.
My pressure was for 14 and I had all the same problems that you do.

When I finally got an auto with C-flex, it made a world of difference.
I would definitely change the C-flex to 3 for awhile tho. I used mine on 3 for the greatest relief for quite awhile and gradually reduced it. I don't even use mine most of the time now. Also with auto, I find that most of my time most nights is spent at a pressure of 12. There are a few nights tho when most of it has been at 15 and even one night at 18. So on these nights if awaken feeling suffocated, I turn the c-flex back on.

Good luck to you.

Thanks

I did set it to 3 as you suggested and have been much more comfortable. I was still waking up with over pressured inner ears while on setting 2.
