Blessings on you.

If anything I found that having my cpap and sleeping well (when I could sleep) went a long way to dealing with those "life fell apart" events.

You've got 'em, Kat. Whatever it is, may you find your way through it with peace and strength. Let us know how you are when you can.

I'll think for you. I won't waste any time on my knees talking to myself though.
The lady asked for prayers. If you don't pray, then don't comment. To demean her beliefs was rude and inappropriate. Perhaps you need to "think" a little more before you type.

Many atheists are kind and thoughtful; and many, many people of faith are not.
Compassion is one of the things that makes us human.
Not everyone is lucky in that respect.

Please don't make this thread a discussion about religious beliefs. I thank each one of you who is praying for me, thinking of me, sending any strength or good energy my way or anything else positive.

I don't judge anyone for who they are or how they feel about religion. I just need any help in any form.

I feel a little stronger so it must be working.

I was abused physically last night. I am sitting in my driveway with mace in my lap, afraid to go into my house because someone was following me as I took my son to basketball practice 30 mins ago. I have to go pick him up in 30 more minutes.

I don't know what is going to happen. Thank you for sticking up for me, I forgot who it was now, but I'm really ok with anyone who is willing to do anything for me right now. Kat

Can you get someone to pick up your son, or at least go with you?

I'm so sorry. I'll re-direct prayers toward protection for you and your family.
