Auto off

Have a new dream station the auto off function does not seem to work. The function is definitely turned on in the settings. Wondering if this is a product failure or something to do with settings of the pressure?

How long are you allowing for the machine to turn off once the mask is removed?

It can take a very long 60 seconds plus for the auto off feature to work.

ResMed takes maybe 5 or 10 seconds....Respironics 60 seconds plus.

Thanks waiting longer was the problem. Took a lot longer than I thought it would.
