The Alien and I at 6 months

Post by mayondair » Thu Mar 03, 2011 10:14 am

Well, it's our 6 month anniversary, we are getting along quite well it's more of a love relationship now than love hate AHI 67 to 1.4, BP 158/85 to 128/80, can't talk about lbs, no change there, but lots more energy, lots less brain fog, no 2 or3 bathroom breaks, no night sweats, no gasping, snoring, snorting. Hubby is happy to have a quiet bedroom, cats don't really like the exhaust ,oh well can't keep everyone happy. I've been 100% compliant from day 1, all night, every night. So thanks to all who helped me sort this out, I did a lot of lurking and listening, so if you didn't know you helped, you did. kathy
Any landing you walk away from is a good one; if you don't break your airplane it's excellent.

That is absolutely super wonderful! It's because of results like yours that everyone here is telling folks like Davejk, who wrote recently,

After a sleep study I was prescribed a machine, which insurance covered. After trying it for about a week, I gave up.
to go back and try, try, again.
