I just took my mask back after having it almost two weeks. The DME was great and very helpful. When you exchange masks the 30 day period starts over with the new mask.

The therapist at my DME told me my card only registers time of use for compliance. I told her I would like to see some of my numbers to see what is going on. I have been on this for only two weeks. I thought this card held alot more info than only time of use?????

Good to hear about it working for you. I am sleeping about 7 hours a night on the PR One. Different strokes, I guess!

Does a full face mask allow breathing through your mouth?

Anxiety attacks are horrible. I had to go on Effexor for mine. The first time I put my mask on I thought I was going to have one but fortunately I just started breathing thru my nose instead of my mouth and it went okay!

I have found that it helps me to sit on the edge of the bed with mask on for a little while before lying down. I also have my head higher now with extra pillow and just lay there and listen to myself breathing! Are you using ramp feature to start out? I tried that and found I am better off not using...

I just completed my third night on cpap and am thrilled. I slept a solid 6 hours without waking up and feel great! I'm a little stiff from sleeping on my back so much but that is minor. I never believed I would take to this so fast. I am totally encouraged.

Do smokers have a more difficult time using a CPAP?

Does a RDI of 49.7 really require a CPAP?
