You can buy o-rings at home depot and any number of hardware and plumbing stores. If you can find out what the gasket is from a manual or the manufacturer it should not be difficult to replace. Perhaps they will even sell you one directly....

Your hypopnea's seam high and an AI of 1.1 is low (not to many centrals). You may end up needing a little pressure boost. You're doing great on the hours!!

Goodness gracious, go see a doctor and get a sleep test please. It costs money but it is also your health.
