Change in meds?
When i started Metformin I had the most vivid dreams. Some that bothered me for days. A few caused me to wake up and stay awake for hours. Others beautifully disturbing.
About all you can do is to enjoy the show and realize nightmares stop when you wake up.

Re: Need new hose - Ontario - where to buy?
MoneyGal, Why have not not visited local dme's? Do you know which one's have a good stock of mask parts so that if it breaks, you can replace it by stopping by after work. Which are nice to work with? You need to know which local DME's carry a good stock of stuff and which you can work with. Not all...

Re: Lost power last night and enacted my plan.....
Most consumer extensions are rather thin-gauge wire ... Hay LinkC. The extension cord passes 120V alternating current. With the lower current, higher alternating current, you don't have to worry about line losses until well over two hundred feet for the amount of power we are talking about. And I c...

Wha?
It would seem kind of difficult to try to move the car closer. 50' is the distance from the car up one level to the bedroom.

Lost power last night and enacted my plan.....
Lost power a little after 1 a.m. After waiting a bit to see if it would come back I finally got up and… Tripped over the old dog. Good boy (gave him a pet). Found my flashlight. Down to the garage to… Found the inverter. I keep it wrapped in plastic wrap to keep it clean on the shelf near the front ...

Re: What's the difference between HI and AHI?
Yea. Gas is one of those things. If your pressure is 16 and you have leaks (when it matters in the middle of the night) or mouth leaks, your effective pressure may be only 10 and that is not enough to keep you from having apnea's & hypopneas. Finding out what works like this is why so many of us rec...

Re: What's the difference between HI and AHI?
You raise your pressure until you minimize the hypopnea's and apnea's. The sleep study is suppose to tell what that pressure is. Seems like, most times, the sleep study pressure is not perfect. Apnea's are total blockages and hypopnea's are partial blockages. I believe, for most, as you increase you...

Re: ClimateLine tubing is now available with MAX air capacity
There has been problems with the end connections? I'll have to drop my dme a line and get them to get a couple. When I can, I'll order one. What is the period for a hose? 3 months?

If it is not the S9 (and that is what you want), refuse it. Life is too short to deal with all this.

Re: Are Ramp settings are like training wheels on a bicycle?
I gave it up almost right off. I almost always fall asleep right off and could not stand the thought of waiting 45 minutes to get to sleep pressure.
Hook it up, turn it on, blast away, dream. I suppose I want 'sleep pressure' when I put the mask on. You?

Re: repetative mask names....
Marketing. There is actually a lot of problems coming out with a new name for things. Easy to say, Indicate something good, Indicate a heritage, Avoid numbers, and do all of this in across the world. As the real reason for the new mask versions is that they are making the mask cheaper so they don't ...
