Re: Whats' the best place to get snuggy for my hose?
Mine is a plaid green, gold and black. Rather a manly looking thing compared to what is out there now. I think hosehuggie.com discontinued the pattern and I probably got it at ebay or from some cpap store years ago (along with a cpap travel tag).

Re: doctor refuses to give prescription to buy online
Yes. Fire him and get a new doctor. One who will work with you in reality of the real world. Mine wrote a script so I could get a machine through cpap auctions cause I could not afford the price of going through insurance.

Re: What CPAP machine have you found to be the most comfortable?
It took me only a hour to get use to my new S9 bilevel. After 6 years I knew what settings I am use to and corrected the settings at when I picked up the machine. The first half hour I relaxed and seemingly fought the machine over when I would inhale and exhale and how much. I held my breath and res...

Re: Can someone help me please
If it were mine (my mask), it would mean I did not clean the mask part that fits on my face or should wash my face. The mask when clean seems to stick. Oily skin, don't help either. Other thoughts, since it is new, is that maybe it is not fitted right. Or the pressure may be high and the mask may be...

I don't think anyone has ever put out any bad stories from increasing the pressure a bit to see if it gets better.

Ok. Deep breath. 1. You are free to choose. 2. You are free to request the best for you. 3. You are free to ask your doctor for what you believe to be the best machine for you. ... Doctor, The machine is fixed in pressure all the time and I feel like I need more in the beginning of the night and les...

Re: OT: Asked if I had a gun in my home during physical.
I would probably get angry. Enough to make who ever asked uncomfortable. Not only is it not their business I feel that it is wrong somehow to be asked. No cute humor. No polite "none of your business". No jokes. I would be insulted and showing polite anger, make sure the person who asked uncomfortab...
