Congratulations for not only sticking with CPAP, but for finding ways to make your initially problematic CPAP therapy work well.

That sounds kinda vaguely familiar. I'm thinking that back when we each started our... Oops... Now what were we talking about? Oh yeah! CPAP! ...Anyway, I'm starting to wonder if that might have happened to me as well. I suppose it's possible.

Wonderful Karma. And your neighbors are lucky.

Again, congrats!

Well, whatever happened to your short term memory - you did remember to come and celebrate with those who can appreciate your other kind of journey.
Congratulations on a successful year!
May all your future ventures and trials end up like this.

Elader, my short-term memory comes back; it took at least 15-16 months on CPAP therapy to notice improvements. I backslid for 5-6 months with unrecognized leaks, so am healing my brain again. Been wearing the Hybrid mask since July 24 and can see improvements in my short-term memory already. I started CPAP Aug 07 and it's mostly been slow improvements...memory has been the slowest to heal, at least for me. Meanwhile, sticky notes and 4x6 index cards are still my best friends

Congratulations.......I didn't realize you were only "a year old" in the CPAP world........when I started checking out CPAPtalk, you came across quiet seasoned,.......I so need to join you and C'man in biking riding. There was a time I was riding ole TREK 75-100 miles a week......even went across the state of Indiana once and lost count of the times I rode the Hilly Hundred, Crane Strain, Great Pumpkin, MS rides, The Great Metric, Covered Bridge, Flat 50, and many others, have a closet full of bike ride t-shirts.....On my 40 birthday, I had a pet food collection birthday party the day before and rode 60 miles in the Strassenfest ride on my birthday with bike age appropriately decorated, thanks to my ole friend who enjoyed my birthday as much as I did..........I really need to get that TREK down and hit the roads again!!!! Maybe in a few weeks!!!
