Greetings and welcome to the forum!

It's great to see that you are (apparently) adjusting nicely to CPAP therapy. It definitely can provide a new lease on life!

Feel free to ask questions, share your own experience and thoughts. You've clearly seen that most of us are not terribly bashful. 8^)

Best wishes as your journey continues.

Glad to see you joined up. Welcome to the forum. I also lurked a while before joining-- and still check in nearly every day, altho I rarely make comments. BTW-- notice the search window-- you can find a lot of info by plugging in areas you may have questions about.
I consider this forum a life-saver. I doubt I would have made it through the problem times without the info I obtained here. You will come to know the people here and consider them friends although you have never met them face to face. It is a definite "go to place" for anyone with sleep apnea.

I lurked for about 4 months before signing up--(still wondering why it took me so long)
This forum helped me to:
1: get a better machine than the obsolete brick they wanted to stick me with
2: get much better mask fit
3: learn better ways to care for my equipment
4: obtain free therapy software
5: meet a lot of really great people--(at least online).
6: many more items too numerous to mention here.

Thanks for the welcome! Just in this short time with the machine my caffeine intake has dropped to almost nothing. I really don't feel the need like I did before. I am very happy to have gone through the study and have a machine. I've been looking at this process as a time to have a new beginning. Making changes to my eating habits and starting to exercise a little. I have goals and slowly working toward them and enjoying life more.
