Good xPAP therapy helps a lot. So do omega 3s especially DHA.

I will be talking to someone and forget what I was talking about in mid sentance. Or I will be talking to someone in a restaurant, the waitress will come over and ask if I want more Ice Tea and I will say to the person I am having lunch with, now what was I talking about. I will go to the fridge and forget what I was going there for. I remember having this problem in the past for a few months or 6 months and then my memory went back to normal. Mind you these memory problems do not happen with every conversation nor every trip to the fridge. Any thoughts on this problem.
There are quite a number of things which can and do affect memory. Some not mentioned yet are stress, meds, and sleep (restful sleep).

Having no info on your medical history I wonder how your blood oxygen level is when this is happening? Have you discussed this with your doctor?
