I hope it helps. I DID a test comparing my monitor with the one my DME uses. The results were comparable. At my last doctor's appointment in August, I showed her a couple overnight tests from my monitor. She was impressed that I had it and said she would definitely accept a test from it. As a matter of fact, we used tests from MY monitor, emailed to her, to determine that recent changes to my ventilator settings were an improvement. I never needed to get a monitor from my DME for my doctor to see.

I hope it works out well for you if you opt to get it.
