Where can I send the detailed PDF report that the REscan software outputs?

You can post them on the forum for members to review. You have to place the images on a photo-sharing website and place links to the images (inside of img tags) in your post. Be sure to crop any personal information from the image before posting.

If you need further instructions, just ask.

It looks like 3 central apneas per hour. no obstructive, no hypnoapnea.
min pressure at 12
max pressure at 15

Should I lower the max pressure? if so to what?

A central apnea index of 3 per hour could actually be clusters of CAs at sleep and wake onset so a Central AHI=3 doesn't mean much unless they really are present throughout the whole night. As unadog said many of those go away as you get accustomed to cpap.

What was you titrated pressure?

original raw sleep study of AHI 150
originally 7 cpap 2 and half years ago w/ average ahi of 8
went up to 10 ml cpap a few months back, felt better, then spiraled,
switched to APAP 2 months back 11-13 have gotten down to 1.4 ahi
now 12-15 they appear to be clusters to me. I am sending my report down to stanford first thing tomorrow.

terrible allergies/sinus issues going on and now I suspect this silent reflux issue, but I haven't verified it yet. Needless to say I am a ball of wax. the wife wants to trade me in.
