adjust pressure on respironics bipap pro 2

Does anyone know how to adjust the pressure on this machine? Namely I'm looking to adjust the backpressure. I can't breathe out at night and continuously wake up. my sleep center wants me to come in to do more sleep studies but I don't have unlimited free time as they expect me to.

Holding down two arrow buttons while unplugging and replugging will bring up the setup menu. Ramp and Hum button change settings. Be advised, you aren't supposed to do this.
