Bite Plate vs. cpap

Post by mshark » Wed Oct 12, 2005 11:25 am

I have been having problems with aerophagia since I have started cpap therapy last may. I have an apap (resmed autospirit) now and it does help somewhat. I saw a man on my local new in NJ talking about a bite plate he had gotten from an oral surgeon with the help of his sleep physician and how this had stopped his apnea.

Is this a good alternative. If anyone has tried this please rerespondThanks

You might want to visit http://www.quietsleep.com for in depth information on dental appliances including pictures and reviews of many poplular models.
They work for some people.
