Apologies for my absence
Folks, just wanted to apologize for my absence.
First, I was just preparing a presentation (I provide training to folks around the world). It took a lot of time.
I've also started some certification training, so lots of time reading and studying.
But then my old friend Murphy showed up. He occassionally shows up and stays for a few weeks!
One of my test systems died and had to be rebuilt. Then I had a Windows Mobile phone die. You need to understand I *highly* customize my phone. I've been known (in an emergency situation) to find a quiet corner at a state fair and conduct a conference call. I can do most everything with my phone. But when a phone dies it takes me a week or two to set up the new phone.
Finally, once everything seemed to be headed back to normal status quo, my body started to fight (and loose the battle) with a head cold. So, runny sinuses, sore throat and now some congestion in my lungs.
Right now I'm in the middle of fighting the cold. I really want to find that truck that ran me over. I've got a bone to pick with that driver. He should have just finished the job! (I do a miserable "sick".)
Unfortunately, if I'm not careful, it can turn into bronchitis fairly quickly. So, I'm *trying* to get enough sleep. But that's tough with lots of coughing and sneezng and sniffiling.
The good news is that I was able to get back to the forum. So, here's hoping things are starting to turn around. Anyway, sorry if I could not help others here, but I needed to focus elsewhere.

John,
It is good to see you back! I am going to find that truck (could you give me some identifying info?) and finish the job for you. Here's to a speedy recovery because you are really missed around here.

So glad to see you back John,
There is a certain comfort level when you see the regulars posting here and answering all those concerns.
I hope your cold is a speedy one and finds that truck driver and gives it back.

Good to hear from you John, how is your VPAP treating you? For me it was god sent. I don't think you remember me but I was the one that Tri-care gave me the run around. I was able to get my machine thru OPTIGEN, they are great. My provider used to be APRIA, pity for me LOL.
