Meaning that if one wore a Medium in the Quattro, they may wear a Small in the Fx?

Based on the measurements given above, I guess I won't be able to use this mask -- I really need something smaller. Phooye!

I am getting fitted tomorrow with the FX. I was originally fitted with a small Quattro at my study. I later got a medium because of leaks. They were both comfortable but I think the small leaked less. I wonder what size I will end up being fitted with. I'm really hoping on this one.

Gonna have to check this out...I just posted last night about my troubles getting my full face mask (Mirage Quattro) to stay in place. I get leaks like crazy around the bridge of my nose, waking up with air blowing into my eyes (and/or aerophagia off-the-charts!)

This one also looks good because I like to read in bed...

Is it as quiet as the adjustable Quattro?

I checked CPAP.Com and unfortunately they are out of stock on all three sizes.

I try to support CPAP.com when I can but I sometimes deal with Liberty Medical. They have their good points and bad points.

Good points- They fill out all the insurance paperwork and submit it to my Medicare and private ins. co.
They contact my doctor for prescriptions,
I have never had a charge for masks, hoses, chambers, etc., etc.
They have free shipping.
They remind you when it's time to re-order with a postcard.
Bad points= They sometimes make small mistakes on the order, but they immediately send you the right items with a free return shipping label. (so this could be a good point also since I don't have to wait for them to receive my returned item before they send out a new one)
The biggest bad point is they take forever to start selling new items. It took them 3 yrs. after everyone else was selling the S9 to begin selling it.

This brings me to the reason I'm making this post. Does anyone know of another company besides Liberty Medical, which does all the ins. paperwork, has free shipping and where the items are free if you have Medicare and a secondary ins.? (I'm not even sure you need a secondary ins. Everything might be free if you only have Medicare)

I want to get a new Quattro FX mask. Thanks.

Ed
Ed, why are you interested in another DME that is not near Port St. Lucie, FL?

My DME has done this for me recently. I am on Medicare rental and also on BCBS plan "F":

(I received this email)

Hello Mr. Avi,

I spoke to my supervisor and discussed your issues. Normally we do not do
this but we are happy to swap out your S8 Escape II & 4i humidaire for a
S9 Elite & 5i humid. This unit has smaller bore slim line tubing and also
offers a second choice of climate line tubing that is heated. Insurance
will provide benefits for both types of tubing and you can get both and
switch as needed or choose to use which you prefer. The option is yours.

We will need to schedule an appointment with you to return and exchange
these units in our XXXX office. Please let me know what day & time
works best for you and then we can check our schedule to see if that time
is available.

I will take care of getting the MD notes from your visit w/ Dr. xxx on
1/3/2011.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Regards

Ed, please PM me if you are interested to contact them. They are located in my town.
