Re: ResScan 3.10 - Graph Magnification
Thanks, that told me everything I needed to set up the display so I could better understand the graphs.

Hmm--got me. It shows up on mine and did by default.KatieW wrote: Nope, I clicked in the Graph Information Panel, and on both the Navigation and Detailed tab, there are only 7 options, and Flow is not one of them.

Re: S9 No Flow Graph?
After clicking the Graph Information Panel icon, select wither the Navigation or Detailed tab of the graphing options settings.
Flow and Flow limitation are both available for those views.
I don't see any way to add Flow to the Summary view; but I haven't had much time to explore the software.

Re: Car choices for CPAP?
I have a Honda Element. The seats fold into a lumpy bed and there is a privacy curtain accessory--I've used it a couple times to sleep at road stops when road-tripping.
But I wouldn't try running the CPAP off the car battery. I'd recommend using a dedicated battery for that.

Actually, the climateline hose kit is optional.dave21 wrote:I would complain to them because you should have received both hoses. You shouldn't use the slimline hose on the humidifier as far as I know.
If you don't use the climateline hose, then the humidifier works but the climate control feature does not.

Re: Where to Put Your CPAP
Silly me--I opened tis expecting a useful comment from someone about what positions work well when placing a CPAP; instead it was this spam. Hmm. Couldn't I just drill a hole in the side of a nicer-looking nightstand for the hose and a hole in the back for the power cord and get a much better lookin...

Re: Newbie with time sensitive question about CPAP machine
Like you, I'm new to CPAP. And my sleep study recommended a pressure of 7. When I saw my sleep study doc, I told him there were three things I wanted in my machine: full data (he agreed), a heated hose (I sleep in a very cool room), and if possible, I would prefer to get an APAP since the cost diffe...

Re: First Night on CPAP
OK, First night results: So I made it 8 hours and really just work up once in the middle of the night, though it seemed to take me a while to fall asleep. I'm not sure why everything was recorded as a Central--at the sleep study they didn't detect any centrals. Total Hours Used: 8.07 Apnea Index: 0....

First Night on CPAP
Hello all,
At last, after holding it nearby for a few days so it would not be delivered even a moment early, UPS delivered my S9 today. I'm new to CPAP so tonight is my first try since the sleep study. Hoping it goes well.

Re: S9 Humidity
The PR1 method for adjusting humidity to reduce rainout is completely different than the method used by the S9. The PR1 factors in the current room temperature and adjusts the humidifier, lowering the humidity level in cooler temperatures so the rainout is reduced. The S9, because it uses a heated h...

Re: Aetna forcing me to "rent to own" apria or lincare
When I called Aetna, they indicated that I had to rent as well, and the conditions were: --had to use Apria or Lincare for in-netowrk coverage and my deductible applies (for me $1000). --it's a rental of either 11 or 13 months (don't recall), so it will run against two annual deductibles. They state...

Re: APNEA ONLY WHEN ON BACK
In discussing treatment options, my doctor mentioned that had I demonstrated Apneas primarily when on my back that a mouthguard that pulls the lower jaw forward to prevent the tongue from blocking the airway might have worked. You might ask about that option. However, my study showed apneas in all p...
